2020

Jacqui has just completed a book; a selection from over one hundred of her compositions, sacred and secular works, including song cycles. Most of these works have been performed. The cost of the book is $150, reduced to $75 until the end of March. Please email info@sacredstage.com.au for purchasing details.

In 2019, I am grateful for what I have been given in 2019, working on a project Song as a Sacred Pathway into Nature..I organised a concert for a shelter for women and children experiencing homelessnes, and ventured to Ireland to research music in county Armagh (Ard Macha) and for a one week composing residency at The Tyrone Guthrie Centre, in Ireland. Three new works were premiered at Flinders St. Baptist church Adelaide, also recorded by Radio Adelaide. These were performed again at St. Paul's Cathedral Melbourne, and other compositions with Danae Killian playing piano. My project was low budget and sponsored by The Australian Cultural Fund and with family support and Centrelink.

2020 will see a further development of this project and reflection on how to move away from technology, also a charity concert.
